We’re pleased to announce the launch of my.ctm v2, the next generation of our customer management portal, going live today.
The new platform will officially replace the existing portal, bringing together enhanced dashboards, improved visibility and a more cohesive user experience for all our Managed Services customers.
This isn’t just a visual refresh.
Our in-house developed portal has been redesigned to give customers clearer, faster access to the information that matters most, whether that’s service performance, ticket activity, emerging areas such as AI adoption or compliance such as Microsoft Secure Scores.
Early updates include new dashboard capabilities and expanded reporting, with further enhancements planned as the platform evolves.
In preparation for launch, we’ve updated our public-facing overview of the platform, outlining the latest features and how they support better decision-making and operational transparency.
At its core, my.ctm v2 reflects how our services, and our customers’ expectations, have evolved. As organisations place greater emphasis on data-driven decisions, security posture and AI adoption, the portal provides a single, centralised location to surface those insights in a clear and actionable way.
