We are proud to announce that we have achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Management, awarded by BSI, a UKAS‑accredited certification body.
This milestone complements our existing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification and formally establishes our Integrated Management System (IMS).
This achievement represents far more than an additional badge.
It reflects a deep, organisation‑wide commitment to protecting information, managing risk and delivering consistent, high‑quality services for our customers. By integrating quality and information security into a single management framework, we have strengthened governance, improved operational resilience and embedded continual improvement across everything we do.
This milestone comes at a particularly exciting time for us.
It follows closely on the heels of Gareth, our General Manager, becoming an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, further strengthening our in‑house expertise and reinforcing our commitment to best practice and continual improvement.
It also coincides with the launch of our new AI Managed Service, where strong governance, ethical use of technology and information security are fundamental.
None of this would have been possible without the dedication and professionalism of the entire team, especially Gareth and Louise, our People Manager.
Achieving certification required sustained effort, collaboration and discipline across the organisation, from documenting and refining processes to embedding security‑conscious behaviours into day‑to‑day operations. The result is a stronger, more resilient business that is well positioned for future growth and involves every member of the team.
