Security Screening

As we provide our customers with security-related services, all of our staff are required to pass a BS7858 security screening, both before starting employment and on an annual basis thereafter.

For new applicants, please be aware that we only run these checks once you have accepted a job offer and with your consent, not before.

UK Credit CheckFinancial troubles may make you more susceptible to manipulation by a bad actor
UK Directorship CheckRunning your own business whilst working for us may cause a conflict of interest
UK Driving Licence CheckOnly for employees that need to drive our vehicles, to ensure you're legally allowed to under the terms of our insurance
Right to WorkWe need to ensure you are legally allowed to work for us in the UK
Employment HistoryWe need to verify that your employment history is correct
Employer ReferencesWe ask for two references from a previous employers to further verify your employment history

What should I do if I'm worried about this?

Speak to us in confidence before we undertake the checks. The results of the above checks are not a pass/fail, and we consider all circumstances and individuals on a per-case basis.
