New Business Manager

£45,150 + benefits

We are seeking an experienced New Business Manager to lead our efforts in winning new customers through account-based and trust-transfer strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing at a B2B technology business, with an understanding and experience of Account Based Marketing.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Implement account based marketing strategies to target specific high-value prospects and drive recurring revenue growth.
  • Utilize trust-transfer techniques to build and maintain trust with prospects.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns tailored to the needs and pain points of prospects.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within prospects.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue targeted prospects, their decision makers and their influencers.
  • Identify and maximise relationships with prospects and partners.
  • With members of the technical teams, promote, present and assist in demonstrating a range of IT products and services, including cybersecurity, helpdesk, infrastructure solutions and cloud services.
  • With members of the team, progress prospects through the sales pipeline to win the business.

You will be exposed to all areas of the business, reporting into the management team via the Head of Sales and Marketing.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent managerial and commercial skills
  • Clear understanding of MSP/IT B2B technology sector
  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies

Supporting skills

  • Understanding of Microsoft commercial ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, LinkedIn & GA4
  • Analytical thinking

Experience required

You will have extensive experience in sales and marketing plus general business administration with acute commercial acumen.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing position, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a business-to-business industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
