Your role will be supporting our customers’ systems. We support Microsoft based networks of 20 to 1,000 PCs. You will need to be skilled in analysing problems and support issues and providing diagnosis and solutions.
This role will involve providing support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and other Microsoft cloud systems from both our Cambridge office and working from home.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in first/second/third-line support within an MSP or other high-paced helpdesk evironment.
