Join our rapidly growing team as a Modern Work Senior Technician, supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and other Microsoft cloud systems in a hybrid role for our customers throughout the UK and beyond.

Your role will to provide end-user support our customers’ Microsoft 365-based systems as a part of our helpdesk team. You will need to be skilled in analysing problems and supporting issues, providing diagnosis and solutions.
Whilst the first few months will be on-premises at our offices in Cambridge, most of our team take advantage of our hybrid option and work around 2-3 days from home per week.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in first/second/third-line support within an MSP or other high-paced helpdesk environment.
