Customer Relations Executive

£29,600 to £34,300 + benefits

We are looking for experienced customer-facing executives to join our growing team and help drive retention and engagement through first-class customer relations.

Your goal will be to maximise customer satisfaction, enagement and retention through dedication, attention to detail and top-notch communication skills.

The main duties of this role are:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
  • Ensuring and monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Driving customer engagement with our systems
  • Maximising customer contract lifetime
  • Taking point on all customer non-technical communications
  • Managing the onboarding process for new customers
  • Working with our technical teams to respond to day-to-day customer requests
  • Working with our sales team to respond to new customer requirements
  • Working with our Quartermaster to ensure smooth delivery to the customer for third-party supplied orders
  • Resolving customer complaints and dissatisfaction with understanding and care

Supporting skills

  • Willingness to travel to visit customers as needed

Experience required

Experience in an MSP/IT services business and/or knowledge of current Microsoft product range beneficial but not essential.
