Your role will be supporting our clients’ systems. We support Microsoft based networks of 20+ PCs. You will need to be skilled in analysing problems and support issues and providing diagnosis and solutions.
This role will involve providing support for our wide range of clients from our Cambridge office involving both on premises Windows Server, Microsoft Azure and Office 365 cloud services.
Your typical day will include answering calls & emails on helpdesk, server administration and going onsite to visit our clients.
A manual driving licence is required.
- Support of Microsoft Windows servers and Office 365
- Analysis and diagnosis of complex support issues
- Excellent telephone and email communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Azure and Hyper-V
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role. Experience working for multiple customers at the same time would be beneficial.
