We have an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with a strong Managed Service Provider (MSP), Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and/or general SME IT consultancy background.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and their IT Support and Microsoft cloud subscription contracts.
You will be working as part of a team in a capable and friendly organisation reporting directly to the Managing Director. The main duties of this role include:
- Managing your portfolio of existing customers
- Assisting with cross sell/up sell opportunities
- Ensuring customer success and satisfaction
- Travelling to customer sites
You should be personable and able to build close working relationships with ease.
- Good business and commercial acumen
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Own vehicle suitable for customer travel
- Knowledge of current Microsoft cloud products
Minimum 3 years account management or sales experience in an CSP/MSP/IT consultancy environment
