Your calls will be answered within three rings and your emails within fifteen minutes by our trained Helpdesk team, not under-skilled script readers in a distant call-centre, and the majority of calls will be resolved on-the-line there and then.
Emergencies covered: our on-call technicians are there when you need them, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
