T-Mobile Bag-In-The-Box

Regenersis proved to be the ideal partner when T-Mobile announced their intent to launch a new mobile phone take-back initiative. Having already developed several bespoke mobile phone barcode tracking systems, we were in the perfect position to deliver the integrated solution to meet the requirements of both parties.
This project offered several new challenges such as SMS integration and charity-based cheque generation.
- Developed a new T-Mobile customer-focused micro-site providing handset trade-in values from a pricing database
- Incorporated the T-Mobile corporate branding throughout the system including:
- Website look and feel
- Internal handset inventory management and tracking software
- System-generated customer response letters
- Developed a component to deliver handset valuations by text message (SMS)
- Integrated with the Charity Commission's website enabling quick retrieval of charity contact details
