The majority of their work is conducted for Royal Bank of Scotland, with only a small percentage direct. As the business was growing, a single scalable solution was introduced and it satisfied both the business needs and process/reporting needs of RBS.

• The Access application that we developed provides the ability to store sophisticated data records and to print out several different documents and letters
• The system is very effective and reduces the time of the data entry process by half
• The creation of the reports takes a considerably shorter period of time
• A series of consultancy meetings were conducted before the project to make sure that we will provide all the functionality that is needed
• Onsite development featured heavily which made the communication process far easier
