ER Consultants are a management consultancy company based in central Cambridge. They target larger companies from across the EU and help them to effect sweeping organisational changes with the minimum of disruption to their day-to-day operations.
- ER Consultants have been a ctm Technical Support client since February 2006
- They have three servers that were installed and/or configured by ctm and perform vital daily functions such as storing and providing e-mail and files
- The servers have a high capacity tape backup solution to ensure that their valuable information is backed up on a nightly basis
- These tapes are regularly taken offsite as part of our commitment to disaster prevention
- The backups are monitored on a daily basis and if errors occur, ctm Technical Support staff ensure that these are dealt with as a matter of urgency
