Bidwells Midas Contact Manager
Over time, the introduction of several off-the-shelf solutions, had left Bidwells with duplicated contact data stored in many formats. The off-the-shelf systems had not been well-used and had resulted in individual staff creating their own contacts lists in a variety of formats. None of the information was shared and as a result Bidwells had not been leveraging the full potential of its contacts pool.
To address this issue, we were commissioned to develop a bespoke system to meet the precise needs of the firm; to consolidate all the contacts information in one system, that would be efficient, easy-to-use, accessible via a browser and built using industry standard technologies. The result, named Midas, provides Bidwells staff with a single, company-wide database for managing all of their contact information. The system has been very well received and is proving to be a great success. The system provides:
