James Reynolds successfully passed the second part of his Microsoft Desktop exam and has become a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician for Windows.

The successful completion of this exam demonstrates James’ knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows and allows him to educate users, helping them solve any hardware or software issues they might have on their desktops.
