As a result of passing this exam, Ben Wylie has become a Microsoft Certified IT Professional Server Administrator and is the latest member of the team to pass a Microsoft exam.

The successful completion of this exam demonstrates Ben’s knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and shows his ability to utilise evolving technologies and fine-tune troubleshooting skills.

As Technical Support team leader, Ben is also able to pass on this knowledge to his team, which is extremely important in today’s rapidly changing IT marketplace.
