Sime Solutions became a Technical Support client following the rebranding, which ctm assisted with.  They provide innovative claims management services for major UK insurance companies.

Sime Solutions are a relatively new client to the ctm Technical Support family of clients. Following the handover from their previous IT support provider, ctm Technical Support took extra time during their monthly proactive checks to build a solid relationship with the staff there.

When onsite time is planned, our Technicians provide an estimated time of arrival within a window of normally 30 minutes. This simple step allows Sime Solutions to make the most of our visit and, importantly, they know when to expect us.

The handover period is always perceived to be a complex and stressful task for all involved. We are experienced in minimising disruption and making the entire process as transparent as possible, whilst simultaneously building the foundations of a long-lasting business relationship.

The relationship, we are pleased to say, is going from strength to strength.
