Our normal working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, but we take extra steps to ensure that we're always on hand should critical problems arise.

With the recent update of Office 365 the ability to create new shared mailboxes has become a lot easier. Instead of having to go through the process of using PowerShell scripts you can now use the much friendlier web interface.
