Since founding the company in 1999 with Andrew Tomlinson, Matt has led the way in building the company, focusing on strategic growth and fostering key client relationships. His primary role is to drive improvement in every area of the firm and harness the efforts of the whole team to achieve success.

Matt was instrumental in building the company's people policy and processes, with recognition to the Investors in People (IiP) standard in 2004 culminating in the accolade of IiP Silver status in 2010, putting the firm in the top 2% of all organisations in the UK to hold the standard.

Matt holds a masters degree in engineering from Peterhouse, Cambridge and is a Chartered IT Professional. He sits on the Employer Representative Board for Investors in People in the East of England.

Andrew Tomlinson MA (Cantab) CITP

Founder

Andrew founded the company in 1999 with Matt Cannon and provides the technical vision and insight that underpins the firm's product and processes. He leads the way in harnessing new technologies and techniques that ensure the company's competitive advantage, coaching and mentoring in research and analytical approach throughout the firm.

Andrew developed strong processes for the firm from the very start, setting the standard for quality assurance and successfully securing the internationally recognised ISO 9001 award in 2003.

Andrew holds a masters degree in engineering from Peterhouse, Cambridge and is a Chartered IT Professional.

Rupert Davey BSc MCP MBCS

General Manager

Joining the company in 2003 in Technical Support, Rupert quickly showed his aptitude for management, rising through the ranks to Technical Support Engineer and Team Leader by 2005, and to General Manager in 2007, before stepping in to lead our new Sales and Marketing team in 2011.

During his time in the Technical Support team Rupert was instrumental in creating many of the processes and approaches that continue to define the product to this day.

Rupert heads-up the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that the teams have everything they need to deliver an outstanding service and that the company meets all its internal performance targets.

Rupert holds a first class honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering with Internet Technology from Bucks New University, is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a member of the British Computing Society.
